Společnost OTK GROUP je významným zaměstnavatelem s výrobou v oblasti tisku na flexibilní obaly, samolepicí a grafické etikety a s obchodním působením v několika státech Evropy a v Rusku. Pro udržení úrovně poskytovaných služeb je nutné zaměstnance neustále doškolovat zejména v odborných technických oblastech (obsluha tiskařských strojů) a také v manažerských dovednostech pro efektivní vedení lidí, na což je zaměřen předkládaný projekt. OTK GROUP is a leading printing employer for flexible packaging, self-adhesive and graphic labels and commercial operations in several Member States and Russia. In order to maintain the level of services provided, continuous training is needed, especially in technical fields (printing operators) as well as in managerial skills for the effective management of people, which is the focus of the proposed project.
