Projektem chceme posílit konkurenceschopnost společnosti ACTIVCONZULT, s.r.o. pomocí kvalifikovaného týmu zaměstnanců. Vzdělávání je navrženo všem zaměstnancům společnosti - vedoucí, administrativní pracovníci a pracovníci ve službách tak aby mohli nově získaných dovedností a zkušeností využít co nejlépe na své pracovní pozici, dál v praxi a zvýšila se jejich uplatnitelnost na trhu práce. Očekáváme, že výšená kvalifikace pracovníků se pozitivně projeví ve výkonech celé firmy. (Czech)

We want to strengthen the competitiveness of ACTIVCONZULT, s.r.o. using a qualified staff team. Training is proposed for all employees of the company — managers, administrators and services workers, so that they can make the most of their newly acquired skills and experience in their jobs, in practice and increase their employability. It is expected that the workers’ qualifications will have a positive effect in the performance of the whole company. (English)
