Cílem projektu je prohloubení znalostí a dovedností zaměstnanců společnosti Global Business s.r.o., díky čemuž firma zvládne uspokojit neustále se zvyšující požadavky zákazníků a posílit svoji konkurenceschopnost. Účelem vzdělávání je také dosáhnout vyššího stupně pružnosti firmy. Vzdělávacích aktivit, které budou realizovány externími dodavateli či interními lektory, se zúčastní celkem 32 vybraných zaměstnanců. (Czech)

The aim of the project is to increase the knowledge and skills of the employees of Global Business s.r.o., by which it managed to meet constantly increasing customer demands and strengthen its competitiveness. The purpose of education is also to achieve a higher degree of flexibility of the firm. A total of 32 selected staff will participate in training activities carried out by external contractors or in-house assistants. (English)
