Projekt ROVNOPRÁVNOST S ROZUMEM přispěje ke zlepšení postavení na trhu práce minimálně 150 žen, díky originální kombinaci vzdělávacích aktivit podpůrného programu, koučování, právnímu a gender. poradenství (členka genderové expertní komory). Ke komplexnímu a dlouhodobému řešení problému přispěje síťování regionálních zaměstnavatelů, osvětová kampaň a projektové partnerství s městem Holice. Písemné vyjádření o spolupráci v projektu vydal Úřad práce Pardubice i Pardubický krajský úřad. (Czech)

According to an original combination of training activities in the support programme, coaching, legal and gender guidance (a member of the gender expert chamber), the gender equality project will contribute to improving the position on the labour market of at least 150 women. Networking of regional employers, awareness raising and project partnerships with the City of Holice will contribute to a comprehensive and long-term solution to the problem. Written observations on cooperation in the project were issued by the Pardubice Regional Office and the Pardubice Regional Authority. (English)
