    Záměrem projektu je realizace doporučení vzešlých z realizovaného Genderového auditu. Aktivity směřují k vytvoření a aktualizaci strategických dokumentů s ohledem na genderovou rovnost a jejich následné implementování do firemní politiky. Prostřednictvím KA projektu vytvoříme příznivé podmínky pro přeměnu firemní kultury ve vztahu k rovným příležitostem žen a mužů a pro slaďování pracovního, soukromého a rodinného života zaměstnanců.     The project aims at implementing the recommendations resulting from the gender audit carried out. The activities aim at developing and updating strategic documents with a view to gender equality and their subsequent implementation in corporate policy. By means of a project, we will create favourable conditions for the transformation of a corporate culture in relation to equal opportunities for women and men and for the reconciliation of work, private and family life for workers.
