Projekt ma charakter stacjonarny. Projekt polega na termomodernizacji budynku Przychodni Kolejowej przy ul. Adama Mickiewicza 18 w Stargardzie. Zakres planowanych prac jest szerszy niż koszty kwalifikowalne (KK) projektu. Podyktowane jest to potrzebami i problemami zidentyfikowanymi w budynku oraz racjonalnością wykonania prac przez jednego wykonawcę w jednym czasie. Kwalifikowalny zakres projektu wynika z audytu energetycznego oraz audytu oświetlenia wbudowanego wykonanych dla budynku i jest z nimi zgodny. W ramach KK planuje się wykonanie poniższych prac: 1. Usprawnienie instalacji grzewczej 2. Docieplenie - ściana zewnętrzna 3. Docieplenie - strop przy przepływie ciepła z dołu do góry 4. Wymiana stolarki drzwiowej 5. Wymiana stolarki okiennej 6. Docieplenie - ściana zewnętrzna 7. Usprawnienie wentylacji 8. Docieplenie - dach II piętra 9. Docieplenie - podłoga na gruncie 10. Usprawnienie instalacji podgrzewania c.w.u. 11. Docieplenie - ściana w gruncie 12. Wymiana oświetlenia i montaż paneli fotowoltaicznych o łącznej mocy 2,5 kW. W ramach projektu planuje się ponadto wykonanie m.in. prac remontowych wewnątrz budynku, wymianę pokrycia dachu, wyburzenie parterowej przybudówki – będą to koszty niekwalifikowalne. Najważniejsze etapy realizacji projektu: 1. Opracowanie dok. projektowej oraz wykonawczej,uzyskanie wymaganych decyzji adm. -I – II kw. 2013 r. 2. Opracowanie audytów energ. -IV kw. 2016 r. 3. Aktualizacja dokumentacji wykonawczej -IV kw. 2016 r. – I kw. 2017 r. 4. Opracowanie dok. aplikacyjnej - IV kw. 2016 r. 5. Przygotowanie oraz przeprow. postępowań o udzielenie zamówień publi. - IV kw. 2017 r 6. Wykonanie prac budowlanych - II kw. 2018r. – II kw. 2019r. 7. Opracowanie i montaż materiałów demonstracyjnych - II kw. 2019 8. Nadzór nad realizacją projektu - II kw. 2018 r. – II kw. 2019 9. The project is stationary. The project consists of the thermal renovation of the Building of Railways at ul. Adam Mickiewicz 18 in Stargard. The scope of the planned work is wider than the eligible costs (KK) of the project. This is due to the needs and problems identified in the building and the feasibility of completing the work of one contractor at one time. The eligible scope of the project derives from the energy audit and the lighting audit of the embedded lighting and is compatible with the building. In KK, the following works are planned: 1. The improvement of the heating system 2. Insulation — external wall 3. Insulation — ceiling for heat flow from bottom up to top 4. Replacement of door frames 5. Replacement of window 6 frames. Insulation — external wall 7. Improved ventilation 8. Insulation — roof II floors 9. Insulation — floor on land 10. Improving the heating system (11). Heating — wall 12. Replacement of lighting and installation of solar panels with a total power of 2.5 kW. In addition, the project plans to implement, inter alia, the interior renovation works, the replacement of the roof, the demolition of the evaporating dish, which will be ineligible. The main steps in the implementation of the project are as follows: 1. Drawing up the design and execution document, obtaining the required adam decisions. — I — 2nd quarter of 2013. 2. Development of energy audits. — 4th quarter of 2016. 3. Update of the implementation dossier — Q4 2016 — Q1 2017. 4. Development of the application document — 4th quarter 2016. 5. Preparation and processing of public procurement procedures. — 4th quarter of 2017 r 6. Construction of the construction work — Q4Q1 2018R. — 2nd quarter of 2019R. 7. Development and assembly of demonstration materials — second quarter 2019 8. Supervision of the implementation of the project — Q2Q1 2018 — second quarter 2019 9.
