Przedmiotem projektu jest remont i przebudowa dawnego kościoła ewangelickiego w celu utworzenia Centrum Informacji Turystycznej i Promocji Kultury w Nowym Mieści Lubawskim. W zakresie inwestycji jest również wykonanie infrastruktury technicznej niezbędnej do prawidłowego funkcjonowania obiektu tj. instalacji teletechnicznych, instalacji elektrycznych, instalacji sanitarnych oraz elektrycznych. Teren objęty niniejszą inwestycją położony jest przy ul. Rynek, w Nowym Mieście Lubawskim, na dz. nr ewidencyjny 213 i 214 w obrębie nr 9 Nowe Miasto Lubawskie, Gmina Miejska Nowe Miasto Lubawskie, powiat nowomiejski; województwo: warmińsko – mazurskie. Realizacja inwestycji wynika z zapisów SZOP "Kultura i dziedzictwo" i „LPR Gminy Miejskiej Nowe Miasto Lubawskie w ramach Ponadlokalnego programu (...)". Zgodnie z celami zapisanymi w SZOP nadrzędnym celem projektu jest wzrost liczby ludności korzystającej z oferty instytucji kultury budujących tożsamość regionalną w województwie. Aby osiągnąć główny cel projektu konieczne jest podjęcie działań inwestycyjnych o zakresie wykazanym w niniejszym studium wykonalności. Nakłady inwestycyjne poniesione na remont i przebudowę dawnego kościoła ewangelickiego pozwolą nie tylko wzmocnić stan techniczny przedmiotowego obiektu i zagospodarować teren wokół niego, ale także przyczynią się do stworzenia warunków do wzrostu liczby ludności korzystającej z oferty instytucji kultury, budowania tożsamości regionalnej w województwie, a tym samym do integracji społecznej mieszkańców Nowego Miasta Lubawskiego poprzez ich aktywizację społeczną i kulturalną. Celem szczegółowym jest także rozszerzenie oferty kulturalnej MCK i poprawa dostępności do obiektów kult. Obiektowi zostaną nadane nadania funkcji społeczne, nastąpi promowanie włączenia społecznego, co posłuży uzyskaniu lepszej jakości życia społeczności miasta i poprawi atrakcyjność turystyczną miasta. The object of the project is the renovation and reconstruction of the former Evangelical Church in order to establish the Tourism Information and Promotion Centre in Nowy Lubawski. As far as the investment is concerned, it is also the performance of the physical infrastructure necessary for the proper functioning of the facility, i.e. the Teletechnical installations, electrical installations, sanitary installations and electrical installations. The area covered by this investment is located at ul. The market in Nowy Lubawski, Nowy Miasto Lubawski, in No 213, No 214 and No 9 Nowe Miasto Lubawskie, Miasto Nowe Miasto Lubawskie, a city in the city of Lubawsk District; province: Warmia-Masuria. The investment results from the provisions of the “Culture and Heritage” and “LPR of the Municipality of the New City of Lubawa in the framework of a local programme (...)”. In line with the objectives of the project, the ultimate objective of the project is an increase in the population benefiting from an offer of cultural institutions building regional identity in the province. In order to achieve the project’s main objective, it is necessary to undertake investment activities as demonstrated in this feasibility study. Investment costs incurred for the renovation and reconstruction of the former Evangelical Church will not only help to strengthen the technical condition of the site and develop the site around it, but will also help to create the conditions for an increase in the population benefiting from the offer of cultural institutions, for building regional identity in the region and thus for the social integration of the inhabitants of the New Lubawian city through their social and cultural activation. The specific objective is also to extend the cultural offer of the MCK and to improve accessibility to the plants. The pact will give social functions, promote social inclusion in order to improve the quality of life of the city community and improve the tourist attractiveness of the city. (English)
