Przedmiotem projektu jest ochrona różnorodności biologicznej z elementami ekoedukacyjnymi na terenie przy ul. Jagiellońskiej/Poprzecznej w Olsztynie. Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje: 1. Demontaż istniejącego ogrodzenia z siatki stalowej oraz rozbiórka istniejącej nawierzchni z płyt betonowych. 2. Wykonanie ciągów pieszych i pieszo-jezdnych, pochylni dla niepełnosprawnych oraz schodów terenowych (odcinek północny z pochylnią do altany stanowi ciąg dydaktyczny w celu realizacji projektów edukacyjnych dla wszystkich grup z uwzględnieniem niepełnosprawności jego użytkowników). 3. Wykonanie drewnianej altany. 4. Wykonanie elementów małej architektury. 5. Wycinka drzew i karczowanie krzewów. Zagospodarowanie zielenią. 6. Wykonanie oświetlenia. 7. Promocję projektu. 8. Część edukacyjną projektu. W fazie realizacji zadania zostaną przeprowadzone prace rozbiórkowe, roboty ziemne, prace związane z wycinką drzew i karczowaniem krzewów, wydzielone zostaną ciągi komunikacyjne wraz z dostępem terenu dla osób z niepełnosprawnością i stworzeniem ciągu dydaktycznego a także nasadzona zieleń rodzima. Prace przeprowadzone będą z uwzględnieniem przepisów ochrony środowiska. Odpowiednio zaprojektowana zabudowa roślinna, wykonana w oparciu o gatunki rodzime oraz gatunki stanowiące bazę pokarmową dla ptaków, stworzy dodatkowe miejsca zacienione, które ograniczać będą nagrzewanie powierzchni i utratę wilgoci. Poprzez stworzenie warunków trwałego zachowania siedliska przyrodniczego, leżącego na trasie naturalnych wędrówek płazów jak również zachowanie bazy pokarmowej (odpowiednio zaprojektowana zabudowa roślinna, wykonana w oparciu o gatunki rodzime), miejsc rozrodu i schronienia wielu gatunków fauny i flory przedsięwzięcie wypełni założenia określone w SZOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 - Działanie 5.3 Ochrona różnorodności biologicznej, priorytet inwestycyjny 6d, cel szczegółowy Lepsze mechanizmy ochrony bioróżnorodności w regionie. The aim of the project is to protect biodiversity with eco structures on the ground at ul. Jagiellońska/Jagiellona w Olsztywa. The material scope consists of: 1. The dismantling of the existing fence of the steel grid and the demolition of the existing pavement of the concrete slabs. 2. The implementation of the pedestrian and pedestrian areas, the slipways for disabled people and the stairs (the northern section with an eye to alttrains is a learning line for the implementation of educational projects for all groups, taking into account the disability of its users). 3. The execution of a wooden mind. 4. Implementation of elements of small architecture. 5. The felling of trees and the grubbing up of bushes. Management of the green house. 6. Lighting execution. 7. Promotion of the project. 8. The educational part of the project. During the implementation phase, the demolition works will be carried out, the excavation works, the excavation works, the work associated with the felling of trees and the grubbing up of bushes, the separate lines of communication will be enclosed with access to the site for persons with disabilities and the creation of a training course, as well as the planting of native green. The work will be carried out in the light of environmental legislation. An appropriately designed plant building, based on native species, as well as species constituting the food base for birds, will create additional shaded spaces, which will limit the heating of the surface and the loss of moisture. By creating the conditions for sustainable conservation of the natural habitat on the route of amphibians’ natural migration as well as preserving the food base (well-designed plant building based on native species), breeding sites and the shelter of many species of fauna and flora, the project will meet the assumptions set out in the SZOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020 — Action 5.3 Protection of biodiversity, investment priority 6d, the specific objective of better mechanisms to protect biodiversity in the region.
