Przedmiotem projektu jest utworzenie Centrum Edukacyjnego w Biskupcu (Województwo warmińsko-mazurskie, powiat olsztyński, gmina Biskupiec, M. Biskupiec, działki: 115, 123 252/10. 252/20 obręb 04 m. Biskupiec) Zakres: a) dostosowanie istniejącego budynku na potrzeby utworzenia centrum edukacji, polegające na przeprowadzeniu prac remontowych oraz zapewnieniu odpowiednich dojść, b) wyremontowanie i wyposażenie sali wielofunkcyjnej i dydaktycznej, c) wyremontowanie klatki schodowej, d) modernizacja sanitariatów i remont węzła sanitarnego, e) dostosowanie pomieszczeń piwnicy na potrzeby realizowanych zajęć, f) poprawa dostępności komunikacyjnej obiektu, g) przebudowa ulicy (ul. Bogusławskiego), h) położenie bruku i płyt granitowych, montaz stylowych lamp oświetleniowych Szczegółowy opis w zał. nr 5 do wod. Etapy realizacji projektu: -złożenie wniosku o dof. -podpisanie umowy o dof. -wybór wykonawcy zgodnie z konk. -zawarcie umowy z wykonawcą i rozpoczęcie prac -realizacja prac zgodnie z założonym harmonogramem -zakończenie projektu i podpisanie protokołu końcowego -końcowe rozliczenie projektu sposób wdrażania zakr. rzeczowego: -podpisanie umowy -realizacja prac -odbiór końcowy i podpisanie prot Projekt wpisuje się w SZOOP RPO WWM realizując cel: „Lepsza jakość życia społeczności zamieszkujących obszary problemowe”. Z projektu będą mogli korzystać wszyscy mieszkańcy Gminy Biskupiec w tym mieszkańcy zamieszkujący teren zdegradowany, przyczyniając się do rozwiązywania problemów na obszarze rewitalizowanym. Działanie jest ukierunkowane na niwelowanie zjawisk związanych z problemami społecznymi na obszarze, aktywizację społeczno-gospodarczą oraz podniesienie jakości życia lokalnej społeczności. (Polish)

The project is the setting up of the Education Centre in Biobrancu (Warmińsko-Mazurskie Province, Olsztyński District, Biskupiec municipality, Biskupiec Municipality, plots of land: 115, 123 252/10. 252/20 04 m Biskupiec Scope: (a) adaptation of the existing building for the establishment of an education centre, consisting of renovation works and the provision of appropriate arrangements, (b) renovating and equipping the multi-purpose and teaching room, (c) repairing the staircase, (d) sanitation upgrading and rehabilitation of the sanitary hub, (e) adapting the cellar premises for the activities to be carried out, (f) improving the accessibility of the building’s communication room, (g) upgrading the street (ul. Bogusławskiego), (h) position of bruk and granite, montaz styling lighting lamps Detailed description in Annex 5 to vd. The phases of the implementation of the project: — the request for the DOF. Signature of the contract for the DOF. The contractor’s selection in accordance with the contract. Conclusion of the contract with the contractor and start of works, in accordance with the planned timetable — completion of the project and signature of the final protocol, final bill of bill settlement: Signature of the contract — delivery of works — final acceptance and signature of the project is part of the SZOOP ROP WWM, pursuing the objective of: “Better quality of life for communities in problem areas”. The project will be open to all residents of the Municipality of Biskupia, including residents living in degraded land, contributing to solving problems in the regenerated area. The action is aimed at addressing social problems in the area, animation, and improving the quality of life of the local community. (English)
