Projekt wpisuje się w założenia SzOOP RPO WiM, ponieważ jest elementem zintegrowanego przedsięwzięcia rewitalizacji Działdowa, określonego w LPR, obejmującego m.in. zagospodarowanie zdegradowanych obszarów miejskich w celu przywrócenia lub nadania im nowych funkcji społecznych. Rewitalizacja terenów śródmiejskich jest jednym z podstawowych zadań o znaczeniu strategicznym. Projekt przyczyni się do poprawy jakości życia mieszkańców oraz wzmocnienia więzi społecznych, stworzy miejsce pracy, zachowa zasady polityki przestrzennej. Łączy w sobie ekologię i związek człowieka z naturą, naukę i technikę, której zadaniem jest dostarczenie użytkownikom jak najwięcej wrażeń. Grupę docelową stanowią mieszkańcy miasta.Zakres: Roboty budowlane obejmą pow. 0,992 ha oraz zakup wyposażenia i nasadzenie roślinności: 1.Przestrzeń sensoryczna podzielona na 4 strefy: a. Strefa dotyku, w której znajdować się będzie: ścianka Pin Art, ścieżka bosych stóp, plac z roślinnością do deptania, b. Str. dźwięku: instrumenty muzyczne zewnętrzne, budki dla ptaków, hotele dla owadów, szumiące trawy, c. Str. węchu: rośliny pachnące, d. Str. wzroku: rośliny o kontrastowych kolorach i pokrojach, 6 słupów z roślinnością pnącą, 3 krzywe zwierciadła, latające lustro, 3 tarcze doświadczalne. 2. Str.recyklingu: rzeźba ze starych rowerów, siedziska i tab.inf. z palet. 3. Str. środowiska suchego i wilgotnego-nasadzenia. 4. Strefa relaksu: leżaki, podest do ćwiczeń, gabiony, plac z płyt betonowych, rośliny, altana ażurowa. 5. Ławki, kosze, oświetlenie parkowe, 2 ujęcia wody. 6. Ścieżki piesze, ścieżka rowerowa, 3 mostki, witacze 8szt, stojaki rowerowe na 6 stan.-2szt. Etapy realizacji: 1. przygot. dokum. aplikacyjnej, w tym projektu rewitalizacji parku, 2. złożenie wniosku, 3. podpisanie umowy o dofinan., 4. wybór wykonawcy w oparciu o PZP, 5. realizacja inwestycji (w tym monitoring postępu prac), 6. etapowe rozlicz. inwestycji, 7. zakończenie inwestycji, 8. złożenie wniosku o płatn.końcową. The project is part of the management of the ROP WiM, as it is part of the integrated revitalisation project defined in the LPR, including the development of degraded urban areas in order to restore or give new functions to them. The regeneration of urban areas is a fundamental strategic task. The project will help to improve the quality of life of inhabitants and strengthen social links, create jobs, preserve the principles of spatial policy. It combines ecology and human link with nature, science and technology to deliver the most impressions to users. The target group consists of the population. The construction work will cover the area. 0.992 ha and the purchase of equipment and plant planting: 1.Sensory area divided into 4 zones: a. tactile zone where it will: sheet piling of the Pin Art, path of bores, plac with vegetation for depopulation, b. sound: outdoor musical instruments, bird building sites, insect hotels, heifer grass, c. growing plants, (d): plants of contrasting colours and droplets, 6 poles with herbaceous vegetation, 3 mirror curves, mirror flying rows, 3 experimental discs. 2. Recycling: sculpture of old bicycles, seats and tab.inf. of pallets. 3. On the dry and humid environments of the plant. 4. Relaxation zone: lying, drill platform, swab, ground plate, concrete earth, Altan. 5. Benches, baskets, steam lighting, 2 water intake. 6. Walking paths, cycle path, 3 bridges, 8 pt, cycle scales at 6-2 units Implementation steps: 1. of application, including park regeneration project, 2th application, 3. signature of contract conclusion., 4. selection of contractor based on PHP, 5. implementation of the investment (including monitoring of progress of work), 6th phased settlement of the investment, 7th finalisation of the investment, 8th completion of the investment, th payment application.
