Celem projektu jest zwiększenie szans zatrudnienia 40 słuchaczy (30K i 10M Policealnego Studium Zawodowego w Iławie prowadzonego przez Warmińsko-Mazurski Zakład Doskonalenia Zawodowego w Olsztynie. Słuchacze wszystkich kierunków (technik administracji, technik rachunkowości, technik informatyk, technik BHP i technik usług kosmetycznych), po etapie wstępnej diagnozy i stworzeniu Indywidualnego Planu Działania dla każdego z nich, odbędą cykl szkoleń zawodowych (pozwalających na zdobycie kwalifikacji i kompetencji) oraz osobowościowych (z zakresu komunikacji, radzenia sobie ze stresem, pracy w grupie), które przygotują ich do kluczowego w projekcie etapu, tj. 150-godzinnych staży zawodowych u lokalnych pracodawców. Dzięki temu, słuchacze nabędą praktycznych umiejętności i doświadczeń na rynku pracy, co wydatnie zwiększy szanse na ich zatrudnienie po ukończeniu nauki szkolnej. Projekt realizowany będzie od września 2018 do września 2020 roku w Policealnym Studium Zawodowym w Iławie (zlokalizowanym w bazie dydaktycznej Centrum Edukacji ZDZ w Iławie). (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of 40 listeners (30K and 10M post-secondary vocational studium in Iława operated by the Warmia and Mazury University of Continuing Vocational Training in Olsztyn. Listen to all the orientations (administration techniques, accounting techniques, information technology, health and safety at work), after an initial diagnosis and the creation of an individual action plan for each of them will be followed by a cycle of professional training (to acquire skills and competences) and personality (communication, stress management, group work) that will prepare them for the milestone project, i.e. 150-hour traineeship with local employers. As a result, students will gain practical skills and experience in the labour market, which will significantly increase the chances of their employment after leaving school. The project will run from September 2018 to September 2020 at the post-secondary non-tertiary vocational study in Iława (located at the teaching database of the ZDZ in Iława). (English)
