W ramach projektu zostanie wykonana przebudowa budynku po byłej szkole w Klonowie oraz zagospodarowanie otoczenia m.in. wybudowanie amfiteatru w celu nadania mu nowych funkcji kulturalnych . Budynek zostanie dostosowany do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępu do infrastruktury kultury oraz rozszerzenie oferty kulturalnej skierowanej do mieszkańców z terenu gminy Łączna oraz gmin ościennych, w tym osób odwiedzających gminę. Cele pośrednie to m.in.: Zwiększenie dostępu do obiektu infrastruktury kultury, Rozszerzenie oferty, Kreowanie udziału mieszkańców w życiu kulturalnym, kształtowanie świadomości kulturowego związku mieszkańców z regionem, Zwiększenie atrakcyjności turystycznej gminy. Projekt będzie realizowany na obszarach zdegradowanych, które objęte są Programem Rewitalizacji. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do osiągnięcia wskaźników produktu: Liczba instytucji kultury objętych wsparciem - 1 szt., Liczba obiektów zasobów kultury objętych wsparciem - 1 szt., Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 1 szt oraz rezultatu Wzrost oczekiwanej liczby odwiedzin w objętych wsparciem miejscach należących do dziedzictwa kulturalnego i naturalnego oraz stanowiących atrakcje turystyczne - 2000 odwiedziny/rok, Liczba osób korzystających z obiektów zasobów kultury objętych wsparciem - 2000 osoba/rok, Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach (innych niż przedsiębiorstwa) - 1 szt. Cele projektu i planowane działania są zgodne z celami priorytetu/działania określonymi w RPO WŚ na lata 2014-2020 jakim jest Zwiększona dostępność zasobów kulturowych regionu, Działania 4.4 Zachowanie dziedzictwa kulturowego i naturalnego, Priorytet inwestycyjny 6c. The project will implement the renovation of the building after the former school in the city of Clon and the development of an environment, including the construction of an amphitheatre in order to give it a new cultural function. The building will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The main objective of the project is to increase access to cultural infrastructure and to extend the cultural offer to the inhabitants of the municipality of Łączna and to the neighbouring municipalities, including those visiting the municipality. Intermediate objectives include: Increasing the access to the cultural infrastructure, the extension of the offer, Crete’s participation in cultural life, shaping the cultural awareness of the inhabitants of the region, making the municipality’s touristic area more attractive. The project will be implemented in degraded areas that are covered by the Rehabilitation Programme. The project will contribute to the achievement of output indicators: Number of cultural institutions supported — 1, Number of cultural assets supported — 1, Number of facilities adapted to persons with disabilities — 1 noise and results of anticipated number of visits to supported sites belonging to the cultural and natural heritage and tourist attractions — 2000 visits/year, Number of persons benefiting from cultural resources supported by 2000 person/year, employment growth in supported entities (other than enterprises) — 1. The objectives of the project and the planned activities are in line with the objectives of the priority/activity set out in the ROP OP for 2014-2020, which is a majority of the cultural resources of the region, Measure 4.4 Conservation of cultural and natural heritage, investment priority 6c.
