Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób powyżej 29 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w mieście Kielce. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 131 osób zarejestrowanych w MUP Kielce po zakończeniu udziału w projekcie. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 29 roku życia zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników i uczestniczek przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie MUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people above the age of 29 in the city of Kielce. The main result of the project will be the employment of the 131 people registered in the MUP Kielce after the end of their participation in the project. The project will support persons over the age of 29 who are eligible for the aid profile I (active unemployed) or the aid profile II (so called “need for support”). For each participant and participants, the project will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant. On this basis, the MUP will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Law on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
