Projekt obejmuje wdrożenie procesów samodzielnego projektowania w dziale B+R celem zapewnienia odbiorcom kompleksowej obsługi, a przede wszystkim w celu wprowadzenia nowych produktów i wejścia na nowe rynki zbytu. Dodatkowo przedsięwzięcie obejmuje swoim zakresem ograniczenie kosztów działalności poprzez usprawnienie procesów produkcji, finansowo-księgowych i logistycznych. Powyższe zostanie osiągnięte poprzez zakup i wdrożenie dedykowanych rozwiązań informatycznych. Rezultatem przeprowadzenia projektu będzie wdrożenie innowacji organizacyjnej, procesowej, produktowej oraz poprawa konkurencyjności Wnioskodawcy w wyżej wymienionych obszarach. (Polish)

The project involves the implementation of self-design processes in R & D in order to provide a comprehensive service to customers and, above all, to introduce new products and to enter new markets. In addition, the project includes a reduction in operating costs by improving production, financial accounting and logistical processes. This will be achieved through the purchase and implementation of dedicated IT solutions. The project will result in the implementation of organisational innovation, process, product and improved competitiveness of the Applicant in the above-mentioned areas. (English)
