MIASTO I GMINA KAŃCZUGA/ZESPÓŁ SZKÓŁ W KAŃCZUDZE

Celem głównym proj. jest poprawa jakości i atrakcyjności kształcenia zawodowego w ZS w Kańczudze dostosowanego do potrzeb rynku pracy poprzez podniesienie kompetencji u 95 uczniów technikum żywienia, mechanicznego i logistycznego i 11 nauczycieli zawodu oraz doposażenie szkoły w sprzęt do 31.10.2019 r. Cel projektu wpisuje się w cel szczegółowy RPO, gdyż realizowane w proj. działania przyczynią się do poprawy jakości pracy szkoły, wzbogacenia jej oferty oraz do lepszej pozycji jej uczniów na rynku pracy. Umocnienie współpracy z lokalnymi zakładami pracy (staże uczniów i n-li, ), podniesienie kompetencji uczniów i n-li do potrzeb rynku pracy (kursy zaw. i doradztwo dla uczniów, szkolenia dla n-li) oraz doposażenie pracowni zawodowych wzmocnią potencjał szkoły i będą skutkowac zwiększeniem możliwości zatrudnienia naszych absolwentów zwłaszcza na lokalnym rynku pracy. The main objective of the project is to improve the quality and attractiveness of vocational training at the ZS in Kańcze, adapted to the needs of the labour market by increasing the competences of 95 school pupils for feeding, mechanical and logistics teachers and 11 teachers, as well as equipping the school with equipment by 31.10.2019. the objective of the project is to be found in the specific objective of the ROP, as the activities in question will help to improve the quality of the school’s work, to enrich its offer and to improve the position of its pupils in the labour market. Strengthening cooperation with local working facilities (school pupils and n-li traineeships), raising the skills of pupils and nth to the labour market (courses and counselling for pupils, training for n-li) and equipping them with professional equipment will strengthen the capacities of the schools and will result in an increase in the employment opportunities of our graduates in particular in the local labour market.
