Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost kompetencji kluczowych 90% uczniów uczestniczących w projekcie tj. 217 uczniów (121 dziewczynek oraz 96 chłopców) w tym 31 uczniów (14dz,17ch) ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi oraz podniesienie kompetencji zawodowych 100% nauczycieli tj. 22 nauczycieli (20 kobiet, 2 mężczyzn) ze szkół objętych projektem z Gminy Korfantów tj.Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnego w Korfantowie: Szkoła Podstawowa, Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnego w Przechodzie: Szkoła Podstawowa, Zespołu Szkolno-Przedszkolnego w Ścinawie Małej: Szkoła Podstawowa w terminie do 31.12.2019 r. Wsparciem zostanie objętych 241 ucz. (134dz, 107ch) oraz 22 n-li (20K,2M). Grupa docelowa to uczniowie i nauczyciele uczący się, pracujący i mieszkający na terenie woj. opolskiego w rozumieniu przepisów KC w Gminie Korfantów. Zadania w proj. będą realizowane od V 2017 do XII 2019. Wskaźniki rezultatu to nabycie kompetencji kluczowych po opuszczeniu programu przez 90% uczniów objętych projektem: 217 uczniów, w tym 121 dziewczynek 96 chłopców, oraz nabycie kompetencji po opuszczeniu programu przez 22 nauczycieli w tym 20 kobiet, 2 mężczyzn. Problemy szkół zostały określone na podstawie diagnozy przeprowadzonej przez dyrektorów szkół w XI 2016 r. i zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący- Gminę Korfantów. Dotyczą one zdiagnozowanych niskich kompetencji kluczowych uczniów, niedoposażenia pracowni przyrodniczych, uzupełnienia kompetencji zawodowych nauczycieli. Realizowane będą zajęcia dodatkowe i dydaktyczno-wyrównawcze rozwijające kompetencje kluczowe uczniów, zajęcia specjalistyczne dla uczniów ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi oraz szkolenia dla nauczycieli.Szkolne pracownie przyrodnicze zostaną doposażone w sprzęt i pomoce do nauczania metodą eksperymentu. Wypracowane rezultaty w proj. przyczynią się do zmniejszenia barier równościowych w obszarze tematycznym interwencji i zasięgu oddziaływania projektu. (Polish)

The main aim of the project is to increase the skills of key 90 % of students participating in the project: 217 students (121 girls and 96 boys) including 31 students (14Z, 17ch) with special needs and increasing the professional competence of 100 % of teachers, i.e. 22 teachers (20 women, 2 men) from the schools involved in the project from the Municipality of Korfantów, school/school in Korfantowe: Primary School, School and School Team in the West: Primary School, School and School Team in Ścinawa Małej: Up to 31.12.2019, the primary school will be supported with 241 ears. (134Dz, 107ch) and 22 n-li (20K, 2M). The target group is the students and teachers of pupils and teachers living in Opolskie Province within the meaning of the CC in the municipality of Korafos. The tasks shall be carried out from V 2017 to XII 2019. Result indicators are the acquisition of key competences upon leaving 90 % of the project students leaving the programme: 217 students, including 121 girls, 96 boys and 22 teachers out of the programme, including 20 boys, 2 men. The problems of the schools have been identified on the basis of the diagnosis carried out by the school directors in the 11th year 2016 and approved by the Korfantów community. These relate to the identified low skills of key pupils, natural equipment, to complement the professional competences of teachers. Additional and didactic activities will be carried out to develop the key competences of pupils, special needs classes for pupils with special needs and training for the teaching of a school, with equipment and teaching aids to teach them an experiment. The results of the project will contribute to reducing the barriers of equality in the thematic area of intervention and the impact of the project. (English)
