Projekt zakłada utworzenie wyspecjalizowanego Centrum Wsparcia w Niepołomicach dysponującego kompleksową ofertą skierowaną do opiekunów fakt. osób niesamodzielnych z gminy Niepołomice. Projekt ma na celu poprawę jakości i efektywności opieki pełnionej przez opiekunów fakt. nad osobami zależnymi, poprzez objęcie ich działaniami wspierającymi, doradczymi i szkoleniowymi, mającymi na celu doskonalenie ich umiejętności warunkujących efektywną opiekę a tym samym podnoszących jakość życia opiekunów i podopiecznych. Uczestnikom projektu zostanie zapewniona pomoc merytoryczna pielęgniarska, lekarska, prac. socjalnego, fizjoterapeuty, psychologa i grupy wsparcia. Centrum ułatwi opiekunom dostęp do informacji i różnych systemów wsparcia zw. z opieką. Zapewni także bezpłatny dostęp do sprzętu rehabilitacyjnego i pomocniczego, jego transport i naukę obsługi. W ofercie Centrum znajdzie się również opieka wytchnieniowa zapewnienie osobie zależnej opieki w środowisku domowym podczas nieobecności opiekuna faktycznego. Centrum ponadto skieruje działania informacyjno edukacyjne do kadr różnych system zw. z opieką nad osobami niesamodzielnymi, w tym głównie służby zdrowia i pomocy społecznej. Wszystkie ww. działania przyczynią się do wydłużenia czasu przebywania osób zależnych w środowisku i zmniejszenia liczby korzystających z całodobowej opieki instytucjonalnej. Działalność Centrum pozwoli zapobiec izolacji społecznej i zawodowej opiekunów nieformalnych i poprawi ich jakość życia oraz stan zdrowia. Projekt zakłada potencjalną możliwość udzielenia wsparcia wszystkim osobom niesamodzielnym i ich opiekunom, nie będzie kierowany jedynie do os. niepełnosprawnych. Projekt zakłada równy dostęp kobiet i mężczyzn i niedyskr, w tym dostępn dla os. z niepełnospraw o do udziału , będziemy posługiwać się jęz równościowym. The project involves the establishment of a specialised support centre in Niepołomice with a comprehensive offer to carers for the fact that people are dependent on the municipality of Niepołomice. The project aims at improving the quality and efficiency of care performed by carers for dependent persons by including in their support, advisory and training activities aimed at improving their skills for effective care and thereby enhancing the quality of life of carers and dependants. Members of the project will be provided with nursing, medical, social, physiotherapist, psychologist and support groups. The Centre will make it easier for carers to have access to information and various support systems linked to care. It will also provide free access to rehabilitation and support equipment, transport and maintenance. The Centre’s tender will also include a relaxation of care for the dependent person in the home environment in the absence of the actual carer. In addition, the Centre will direct the educational activities to the staff of the various systems linked to the care of dependent persons, including mainly health and social services. All of these activities will help to extend the period of residence of dependent persons in the environment and contribute to the reduction of the number of persons benefiting from 24/7 institutional care. The Centre’s activities will help to prevent the social and professional isolation of informal carers and improve their quality of life and health. The project provides for the possibility of providing support to all dependants and carers, and will not be directed towards people with disabilities. The project implies equal access for women and men and non-discourse, including access to people with disabilities, and we will use equality. Let’s get a fair, full participant in the citizen.
