POWIAT PROSZOWICKI/POWIATOWY URZĄD PRACY W PROSZOWICACH

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie proszowickim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez uczestników projektu na poziomie: a) osób powyżej 50 r.ż, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach, osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób z niepełnosprawnościami, kobiet - na poziomie co najmniej 42% b) na warunkach określonych w SZOOP bezrobotnych mężczyzn, którzy nie zostali zakwalifikowani do żadnej z w/w grup - na poziomie co najmniej 52%. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej zakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I (tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II (tzw. wymagający wsparcia) należące do co najmniej jednej z poniższych grup: osoby powyżej 50 roku życia, długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, kobiety, na warunkach określonych w SZOOP bezrobotni mężczyzni, którzy nie zostali zakwalifikowani do żadnej z w/w grup. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people aged 30 and over in the county of powders. The main output of the project will be the recruitment of project participants at the level of: (a) persons over 50, the low-skilled, the long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, women at a level of at least 42 % (b) under the conditions laid down in the SZOS unemployed men who have not been admitted to either group or group at a level of at least 52 %. The project will cover persons aged 30 years and up to the aid profile I (so-called ‘active unemployed’) or aid profile II (so-called “requiring support”) belonging to one or more of the following groups: people over 50, the long-term unemployed, people with disabilities, the low-skilled, women, under the conditions laid down in the SZOOP, unemployed men who have not been admitted to any of them. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific activation offer will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will implement the relevant labour market services and instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions. (English)
