Przedmiotem projektu jest uruchomienie świadczenia drogą elektroniczną usług publicznych skierowanych dla biznesu (A2B) i obywateli (A2C) oraz wdrożenie nowych rozwiązań informatycznych, które będą służyć cyfryzacji procesów i procedur administracyjnych w Gminie Tymbark. Projekt ma charakter lokalny, bo realizowany będzie w 1 Gminie Tymbark, obejmuje 2 typy projektu: A (dominujący wg zakresu rzeczowo-finansowego) i C. Zaplanowano wdrożenie zadań: 1-OPRACOWANIE DOKUMENTACJI APLIKACYJNEJ (I kw.2016, 1 dział.)- przeprowadzono analizy poprzedzające opracowanie dokumentacji technicznej i analizy procesów biznesowych 2-URUCHOMIENIE SYSTEMU KOMUNIKACJI MOBILNEJ (W TYM USŁUG KONSULTACYJNYCH) (III-IV.2017, 4 dział.) – zostanie uruchomiony 1 system teleinformat, zostaną wdrożone 4 usługi on-line o 4. Stopniu dojrzałości, będzie nadzór meryt. 3-URUCHOMIENIE E-USŁUG FINANSOWYCH (I-III kw.2017, 6 dział.) – zostanie uruchomiony 1 (portal informacyjno-płatniczy) i zmodernizowany 1 (system dziedzinowy) system teleinformat, zostanie wdrożonych 6 usług on-line o 4. stopniu dojrzałości, będzie asysta techniczna i nadzór meryt, doposażona zostanie serwerownia (zakup serwera z oprogr.), 4- WDROŻENIE ELEKTRONICZNEGO SYSTEMU OBIEGU DOKUMENTÓW (IV kw.2016-I kw.2017, 7 dział.) – uruchomiony zostanie 1 system teleinformat, zostanie wdrożonych 10 usług on-line o 3. Stopniu dojrzałości, będzie nadzór meryt, doposażonych zostanie 10 stanowisk pracowniczych (zakup 10 komputerów z oprogr.) i 1 kancelaryjne urzędu (zakup komputera z oprogr. i skanera), 5-PROMOCJA PROJEKTU (I kw.2016- IV kw.2017) - prowadzone będą działania informacyjno-promocyjne wśród społeczeństwa/ na poziomie kosztów zakupiona zostanie tablica promocyjna. Wdrażane systemy teleinformat.i e-usługi będą innowacyjne na skalę gminy i regionu, zaprojektowane rozwiązania będą cechowały się najwyższym poziomem technologicznym. (Polish)

The project aims to launch the electronic delivery of public services for business (A2B) and citizens (A2C) and to implement new IT solutions that will serve the digitalisation of administrative processes and procedures in the Gmina Provisional. The project is a local project, with 2 project types being implemented in the 1 municipality: (predominant in terms of material and financial scope) and C. The planned implementation of the tasks is as follows: 1 — Studies for the preparation of technical documentation and analysis of business processes 2-URUCHOMIS (III-IV.2017, 4 unit.) — 1 electronic communications system will be launched by 2016 online services by 4. The degree of ripeness will be the surveillance of the merite. 3-URUCHOMIS (Qk.2017, 6 division) — 1 (information on the information and payment portal) and a modernised 1 (area system) ICT system will be launched, 6 on-line services will be deployed, with a 4 rd maturity, will be accompanied by technical assistance and jet surveillance, the host of the server (the purchase of a server with a threshold.), 4- Whiting of the OBIENCE DOKUMENTIC SYSTEM (IV kw.2016-I kw.2017, 7 unit.) — 1 electronic service will be deployed, 10 online services will be deployed by 3. The degree of maturity will be the level of maturity, the 10 staff posts (purchase of 10 computers with oprogr.) and 1 posts for the office (purchase of a computer with oprogression and scanner), 5-Promotion of the PROJECT (I kw.2016- IV kw.2017) will be retrofitted, and information and promotion activities to be carried out within society/at cost level will be purchased. The ICT systems put in place will be innovative at the scale of the municipality and the region, and designed solutions will be characterised by the highest technological level. (English)
