Projekt dot. zwiększenia efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej z wykorzystaniem OZE tj.: Urzędu Gminy w Winnicy i Zespołu Placówek Oświatowych w Winnicy (obiektów o łącznej powierzchni użytkowej 6957,21m2). Cel główny projektu to: „Wzrost efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej w gminie Winnica”. Zostanie on osiągnięty poprzez realizację celów szczegółowych, tj.: zmniejszenie zużycia energii do ogrzewania budynków, obniżenie kosztów związanych z obsługą energetyczną budynków, zwiększenie termoizolacyjności budynków, zmniejszenie emisyjności i redukcja CO2. Zakres rzeczowy projektu dot. m.in.:ocieplenia obiektów, ocieplenie podłóg, wymiany oświetlenia, przebudowy systemów grzewczych i wentylacji, montażu OZE i zakłada realizację zadań tj.: 1. Opracowanie dokumentacji projektowo-technicznej; 2. Termomodernizacja budynku Urzędu Gminy w Winnicy; 3. Termomodernizacja budynku Zespołu Placówek Oświatowych w Winnicy; 4. Montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznych; 5. Nadzór inwestorski; 6. Promocja projektu. Realizacja projektu będzie miała pozytywny wpływ na środowisko ze względu na cel i zakres planowanych prac, których celem jest zmniejszenie zapotrzebowania na energię i redukcję emisji szkodliwych gazów do atmosfery poprzez zastosowanie źródła energii odnawialnej – projekt zakłada wykorzystanie źródła alternatywnego w postaci paneli fotowoltaicznych oraz kotłowni gazowej. Grupa docelowa projektu to społeczność lokalna gminy Winnica i woj. mazowieckiego, a w szczególności: uczniowie ZPO w Winnicy, rodzice uczniów, pracownicy obiektów, petenci wewnętrzni, petenci zewnętrzni. Rezultatami projektu będą: liczba zmodernizowanych energetycznie budynków: 4 o powierzchni 6 957,21m2, roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych: 505,94 tony równoważnika CO2, zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych 2 066 092,1kWh/rok, zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii końcowej w budynkach publicznych 2 369 441,5 kWh/rok. Project to increase the energy efficiency of public buildings using renewable energy sources, i.e.: The municipal office in Winnica and the Orchestra of the Vinnitsa Placement (plants with a total useful floor area of 6 957.21 m²). The main objective of the project is to: “Improvement of the energy efficiency of public buildings in the municipality of Winnica”. It will be achieved through the implementation of the specific objectives, i.e.: reducing energy consumption for heating buildings, reducing energy costs for buildings, increasing energy efficiency in buildings, decarbonisation and CO2 reduction. The scope of the project, such as the warming of the plants, the insulation of floors, the replacement of lighting, the conversion of heating and ventilation systems, the installation of RES and assumes tasks, i.e.: 1. Development of design/technical documentation; 2. Thermal modernisation of the premises of the Municipal Authority in Winnitsa; 3. Thermal modernisation of the team building of the Team Global Place in Winnica; 4. Installation of photovoltaic equipment; 5. Investor supervision; 6. Project promotion. The project will have a positive impact on the environment by the aim and scope of the planned work to reduce energy demand and reduce emissions of harmful gases into the atmosphere through the use of renewable energy sources — the project involves using an alternative source in the form of photovoltaic and gas-fired boiler. The target group is the local community of Winnica and Mazowieckie Province, and in particular: students of the ZPO in Winners, pupils’ parents, staff of the premises, the petitioner’s internal competencies, external visitors. The results of the project will be: number of modernised buildings: 4 with a surface area of 6 957.21 m², annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions: 505,94 tonnes of CO2 equivalent, reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings 2 066 092.1 kWh/year, reduction of annual final energy consumption in public buildings 2 369 441.5 kWh/year.
