P. zakłada kompleksową rewitalizację (zgodnie z dok. techn.) obiektu GCKiP w G. Trzecim oraz OSP w Rataju. W ramach p. przewidziana jest adaptacja pomieszczeń budynków dla potrzeb prowadzenia oraz rozszerzenia dotychczas prowadzonej dzielności kulturalnej i społecznej. Budynki będą dostosowane do potrz. os. z niepełnosprawn. W efekcie realizacji projektu mieszkańcy, zarówno obszaru rewitalizacji, jak i całej gminy Godziszów, zyskają dostęp do wysokiej jakości usług kulturalnych oraz społecznych (zgodnie z LPR). W ramach projektu przewidziane jest również zagospodarowanie terenu wokół budynków - zieleń, nasadzenia, obiekty małej architektury. Cześć budynku w Godz. Będzie mogło być wykorzystywane przez przedsiębiorstwo społeczne. CEL GŁ:Cel gł. tj. Kompleksowe przeciwdziałanie wykluczeniu społ. mieszkańców OR oraz pozostałej części Gm Godziszów REZULTATY: Liczba osób korzystających z obiektów infrastruktury społecznej/kulturalnej/turystycznej będącej przedmiotem projektu 4700 os/rok, Wzrost zatrudnienia we wspieranych podmiotach (innych niż przedsiębiorstwa) 1 EPC PRODUKTY: Liczba obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na rewitalizowanych obszarach 2 szt., Powierzchnia obszarów objętych rewitalizacją 1 ha, Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami 2 szt. GRUPA DOCELOWA: mieszkańcy gminy, goście, turyści. ZADANIA: Dobudowa i adaptacja zdegradowanego budynku Centrum Kultury i Promocji w Godziszowie Trzecim w celu przywrócenia mu pierwotnych oraz nadania nowych funkcji społecznych, Utworzenie Centrum Aktywności Lokalnej w Rataju wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu funkcjonalnie związanego z obiektem. P. assumes a comprehensive revitalisation (in line with the ITS Doc.) for the GCSMP site in G. Third and the Rataz TSO. An adaptation of the buildings’ premises to the needs of the pursuit and extension of cultural and social activities to date is foreseen. Buildings will be adapted to the area of disability. As a result of the project, people will gain access to high-quality cultural and social services (in line with the LPR). The project also foresees the development of land around buildings — green, planting, street furniture. Part of the Building in Godz. It will be able to be used by a social enterprise. GLA objective: Comprehensive measures to combat the social exclusion of the regional OR and the rest of the resolution: Number of persons using the social/cultural/touristic infrastructure being the subject of the project 4700 s/year, Increase in employment in supported entities (other than enterprises) 1 FTE PRODUCTS: Number of infrastructure facilities in regenerated areas 2 pcs, Area of regeneration areas 1 ha, Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities 2. AUDIENCE: local residents, visitors, tourists. TASKS: The completion and adaptation of a degraded building centre in the third country in order to restore its original and new societal functions, the creation of a local activity centre at Ratarju with the management of the area functionally linked to the site.
