Głęboka modernizacja budynku użyteczności publicznej w miejscowości Korchów Pierwszy 86b, 23-415 Księżpol, działka ewidencyjna nr 1078. Budynek przeznaczony na działalność Szkoły Podstawowej w Korchowie Pierwszym. Główny cel projektu: zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku szkoły. Cele szczegółowe: 1. ograniczenie strat i poprawa wykorzystania energii cieplnej i elektrycznej w budynku, 2. wzrost wykorzystania energii pochodzącej z OZE w budynku, 3. redukcja emisji zanieczyszczeń do powietrza atmosferycznego. Obejmie termomodernizację, modernizację syst. grzewczego, modernizację oświetlenia, montaż instalacji PV, monitoring zużycia energii, prace przygotowawcze (audyt energetyczny, audyt oświetlenia, dokumentacja projektowo-kosztorysowa), nadzór nad inwestycją i działania promocyjne. Termomodernizacja zgodna z wariantem optymalnym audytu energetycznego. Planowany zakres prac: - ocieplenie 1021,53 m2 ścian zewnętrznych i 271,77 m2 ścian na gruncie styropianem, - docieplenie 757,64 m2 dachu wełną mineralną, - wymianę 19,68 m2 luksferów na okna typu "FIX", - wymianę 86 grzejników żeliwnych na stalowe płytowe i montaż 84 zaworów termostatycznych. Modernizacja oświetlenia i montaż instalacji PV zgodne z audytem oświetlenia - wymiana 256 opraw na LED i montaż 48 szt. paneli PV, moc nominalna 12 kW. Rezultaty: - ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej: 1391,46 GJ/rok, - ilość zaoszczędzonej energii elektrycznej: 29,61 MWh/rok, - zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych: 514 005,55 kWh/rok, - dodatkowa zdolność wytwarzania energii ze źródeł odnawialnych: 0,012 MW, - produkcja energii elektrycznej z nowo wybudowanych/nowych mocy wytwórczych instalacji wykorzystujących OZE: 10,41 MWhe/rok, - szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych: 172,53 tony równoważnika CO2. Wykonawca instytucjonalny: Gmina Księżpol. Ostateczni beneficjenci: uczniowie, pracownicy szkoły, społeczność lokalna Gminy i Korchowa Pierwszego. (Polish)

Deep renovation of the public building in Korów First 86b, 23-415 Prince of pol, cadastral parcel No 1078. A building dedicated to the operation of the Primary School in Korów First School. Main objective of the project: increase the energy efficiency of the school building. Specific objectives: 1. reducing losses and improving the use of heat and electricity in the building, 2th increase in the use of energy from RES in the building, 3. emissions reduction to ambient air. It will include thermal modernisation, upgrading of the heating system, modernisation of lighting, installation of PV, installation of PV, energy monitoring, preparatory work (energy audit, lighting and project documentation), investment supervision and promotion activities. Thermo-modernisation according to the optimal energy audit option. Planned scope of work: — the warming of 1 021.53 m² of the outer walls and 271.77 m² walls on the ground of styropian, — the insulation of 757.64 m² wall of the mineral wool, — the replacement of 19.68 m² of cast wool on the ‘FIX’ type window, the replacement of 86 cast iron radiators for cast iron radiators and the assembly of 84 thermostatic valves. Modernisation of lighting and installation of PV in line with the lighting audit — replacement of 256 luminaires on LED and installation of 48 PV panels, rated power 12 kW. Results: Amount of thermal energy saved: 1391,46 GJ/year, — amount of saved electricity: 29.61 MWh/year, — reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings: 514 005.55 kWh/year, — additional renewable energy capacity: 0.012 MW, — production of electricity from newly built/new generation capacity of RES installations: 10,41 MWhe/year, — estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions: 172,53 tonnes of CO2 equivalent. Institutional contractor: Municipality of the Moon. Final beneficiaries: school pupils, school staff, local community of the municipality and Korchowa First. (English)
