Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej w budynkach użyteczności publicznej w Powiecie Parczewskim poprzez realizację kompleksowych zadań termomodernizacyjnych. Projekt zakłada następujące ulepszenia: 1) w DPS w Kalince: modernizacja instalacji c.o., ocieplenie dachu części starszej, ocieplenie stropu poddasza części nowej, wymiana okien i drzwi zewnętrznych, ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych, ocieplenie ścian fundamentowych, 2) w budynku warsztatowo-terapeutycznym: instalacja c.o., ocieplenie dachu, ocieplenie ścian zewnętrznych i wymiana okien i drzwi zewnętrznych, 3) w budynku administracyjnym: instalacja c.o., ocieplenie stropodachu, ocieplenie ściany zewnętrznej drewnianej, wymiana okien i drzwi zewnętrznych, ocieplenie ścian murowanych, ocieplenie ścian fundamentowych. Dzięki kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej efektywność energetyczna zwiększy się o 55,06%. W ramach projektu zostaną osiągnięte następujące wskaźniki rezultatu: Ilość zaoszczędzonej energii cieplnej (GJ/rok) - 2 010, 38; szacowany roczny spadek emisji gazów cieplarnianych (tom CO2/rok) - 155, 60; zmniejszenie rocznego zużycia energii pierwotnej w budynkach publicznych (MWh/rok) - 614 281, 54. The main objective of the project is to improve energy efficiency in public buildings in the parczew unit by implementing comprehensive thermal modernisation tasks. The project involves the following improvements: (1) in DPS in Kalince: modernisation of the heating system, insulation of the roof of the elderly part, the insulation of the ceiling of the new parts, replacement of windows and external doors, insulation of external walls, warming of fundamental walls, (2) in a workshop/therapeutic building: heating system, insulation of the roof, insulation of external walls and replacement of windows and external doors, 3) in the administrative building: heating system, insulation of the roof, insulation of wooden wall, replacement of windows and external doors, insulation of masonry walls, insulation of fundamental walls. A comprehensive energy modernisation will increase energy efficiency by 55.06 %. The project will achieve the following result indicators: Amount of thermal energy saved (GJ/year) — 2 010, 38; estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (volume CO2/rok) — 155, 60; reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings (MWh/year) — 614 281, 54.
