Projekt „RE-ODRA – aktywizacja społeczna i gospodarcza terenów pofabrycznych w Nowej Soli” związany jest z rewitalizacją terenów przemysłowych byłej fabryki Odra wraz z najbliższym otoczeniem, w ramach zadań wytyczonych w Lokalnym Programie Rewitalizacji miasta Nowa Sól na lata 2016 -2023. W ramach zadania zostanie rozebrany, odbudowany i zmodernizowany oraz rozbudowany budynek wieży z przystosowaniem do funkcji aktywizacji społecznej, gospodarczej i edukacyjnej przedsiębiorców i mieszkańców obszaru rewitalizowanego, który stanowić będzie zachowaną charakterystyczną dominantę byłej fabryki. Wprowadzenie ww. funkcji możliwe jest po wybudowaniu infrastruktury technicznej, która obecnie znajduje się w katastrofalnym stanie. Inwestycja przewiduje zatem budowę nowych sieci uzbrojenia terenu (woda, kanalizacja, oświetlenie), przebudowę i usunięcie kolizji sieci istniejących, rozwiązanie problemu kanalizacji deszczowej, budowę ok. 150 miejsc parkingowych na samochody osobowe, zadaszonych miejsc parkingowych dla skuterów i rowerów, odbudowę nawierzchni drogowej wraz z budową systemu ciągów dla pieszych oraz zagospodarowanie istniejących terenów zielonych (rewaloryzacja parku) wraz z budową muszli koncertowej. Zakres projektu obejmuje:koszty przygotowawcze, roboty bud.- montażowe, usługi nadzoru budowlanego, promocję projektu. Zakres prac budowlanych obejmuje: 1) adaptację wieży ciśnień na Wieżę Ciśnień Społecznych i Gospodarczych poprzez rozbiórkę i odbudowę oraz rozbudowę obiektu wraz z przystosowaniem dla osób niepełnosprawnych (KK i KN); 2) przebudowę zdewastowanej, pofabrycznej infrastruktury technicznej oraz budowa nowej infrastruktury (KK); 3) budowę oświetlenia )KK); 4) rewaloryzację Parku Odra i zagospodarowanie terenów zielonych wraz z budową muszli koncertowej (KK i KN); 5) wykreowanie wspólnej przestrzeni publicznej w sercu ODRY, budowa placu przy wieży pełniącego funkcję edukacyjną, kultury i rozrywki(KK i KN). The RE ODRA project, which involves putting Nowa Sól’s factory sites to use for social and economic purposes, is linked to the regeneration of the former Odra factory’s industrial sites and their immediate surroundings, in the framework of the objectives set out in the Nowa Sól local urban regeneration programme for 2016-2023. The task will be demolished, restored and modernised, as well as a large building tower, with an adaptation to the social, economic and educational activation functions of entrepreneurs and people in the regenerated area, which will be a retained characteristic of the former factory. The functionality is possible once the technical infrastructure is built, which is now in a disastrous state. The investment therefore envisages the construction of new land networks (water, sewage, lighting), reconstruction and removal of existing network conflicts, solution of storm water drainage, construction. 150 parking spaces for passenger cars, covered parking spaces for scooters and bicycles, reconstruction of the road surface with the construction of a pedestrian system and the development of existing green spaces (revalorisation of the park) with the construction of the concert shell. Scope of the draft obejmuje:koszty preparatory, construction and installation works, construction supervision services, project promotion. The scope of the construction work includes: (1) the adaptation of the pressure tower to the tower of social and economic hardship by demolition and reconstruction, and the extension of the facility and adaptation for disabled persons (KK and KN); 2) devastated conversion of technical infrastructure and construction of new infrastructure (KK); (3) the construction of (a) (b) (a) (b) (c) (c) (c) (4) upgrading the Oder Park and developing green areas with the construction of the concert walls (KK and KN); 5) the creation of a common public space at the heart of the ODRA, the construction of a tower in the performance of education, culture and entertainment (KK and SC).
