Przedmiotem projektu jest remont i przebudowa budynku starej szkoły w Lutowie obejmująca adaptację obiektu na potrzeby aktywizacji społecznej, mający na celu odnowę przestrzeni zdegradowanej zidentyfikowanej w Lokalnym Programie Rewitalizacji Gminy Sępólno Krajeńskie.Beneficjentem projektu jest Gmina Sępólno Krajeńskie. Warto jednakże zaznaczyć, że ze względu na charakter inwestycji, do ostatecznych beneficjentów należy zaliczyć interesariuszy rewitalizacji, w tym przede wszystkim lokalną społeczność, czyli mieszkańców wsi Lutowo, gdyż to oni najbardziej zyskają na realizacji inwestycji objętej niniejszym Wniosku o dofinansowanie.Projekt będzie realizowany w miejscowości Lutowo na działkach nr 23, 545, 125.Głównym problemem jest brak infrastruktury przeznaczonej na potrzeby integracji oraz rozwoju kompetencji społecznych.Głównym celem jest utworzenie infrastruktury przeznaczonej na potrzeby integracji oraz rozwoju kompetencji społecznych.Planowanymi produktami realizacji projektu będą: a) Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 1 szt.b) Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami - 0 szt.c) Liczba wspartych obiektów infrastruktury zlokalizowanych na zrewitalizowanych obszarach – 1 szt.d) Powierzchnia obszarów objętych rewitalizacją – 0,1 haPlanowanym rezultatem realizacji projektu będzie:a) Liczba osób korzystająca ze zrewitalizowanych obszarów – 250 osób (w tym 50 z OR)Zakres rzeczowy inwestycji obejmuje realizację następujących działań: 1. The project involves the renovation and reconstruction of the old school building in Lutów, which includes an adaptation of a site for the purpose of social activation, aimed at rehabilitating the degraded area identified in the Local Revitality Programme of the Municipality of Sępólno Krajeńsko. the beneficiary of the project is the Gmina Sępólno Krajeńskie. It is worth noting, however, that due to the nature of the investment, the final beneficiaries should include the revitalisation stakeholders, including in particular the local community, i.e. the inhabitants of the village Lutowo, as they will be the most likely to benefit from the investment covered by this grant application. the project will be implemented in Lutowo on parcels 23, 545, 125. the main concern is the lack of infrastructure for integration and the development of social competencies. the main objective is to set up the infrastructure dedicated to the needs of integration and the development of social competencies. the planned outputs of the project will be: (a) Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities: 1 (b) Number of infrastructure projects that financed reasonable accommodation costs for persons with disabilities — 0 unit (c) Number of infrastructure facilities located in regenerated areas — 1 unit (d) Number of infrastructure building areas to be regenerated: 0,1 had the planned result of the project: (a) Number of people benefiting from regenerated areas — 250 persons (including 50 of the OR) Scope of the investment is covered by the following activities: 1.
