Projekt polega na budowie instalacji fotowoltaicznych na prywatnych budynkach mieszkańców na terenie gminy Brześć Kujawski. Będą to zarówno budynki mieszkalne (np. dach domu) jak i gospodarcze (np. dach garażu czy grunt). Rozróżnienie na budynki mieszkalne i niemieszkalne jest istotne z punktu widzenia stawki VAT. Dla instalacji na budynkach mieszkalnych wynosi ona 8% a dla pozostałych 23%. W ramach projektu powstaną 34 mikroinstalacje. Żadna z nich nie ma mocy większej niż 10 kWp. W zakres projektu wchodzą również nadzór inwestorski oraz promocja projektu. The project consists of the construction of a photovoltaic installation on the private premises of the inhabitants of the municipality of Brześć Kujawski. These will be both residential (e.g. home) and economic buildings (e.g. garage roof or land). The distinction between residential and non-residential buildings is important for VAT rates. For installations in residential buildings it is 8 % and the remaining 23 %. 34 micro-installations will be created as part of the project. None of them has an output of more than 10 kWp. The project also includes investor supervision and project promotion. The planned maturity of the investment to be carried out in kind is the 3 rd quarter of the year. 2019 — Q4 2019 where the project will be implemented: Brześć Kujawski, Kąkowa Wola, Brzezie, Clementine, Tuberculosis; Pikutkov, Witoldowo, Kąty, Falborz, Redez Kruk, Faborek, wieriec, Zalesie, Ktaught, rare Woll, Wolica, Marianka, (English)
