Przedsięwzięcie będzie realizowane pod tytułem „Modernizacja energetyczna gminnego budynku przy ul. Rynkowej 6A w Raciążku”. Projekt kwalifikuje się do wsparcia w ramach Osi priorytetowej 3 Efektywność energetyczna i gospodarka niskoemisyjna w regionie, Działania 3.3. Efektywność energetyczna w sektorze publicznym i mieszkaniowym – schemat: Modernizacja energetyczna budynków publicznych – w ramach polityki terytorialnej Regionalnego Programu Operacyjnego Województwa Kujawsko-Pomorskiego na lata 2014-2020. Przedmiotem przedsięwzięcia jest głęboka i kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna budynku użyteczności publicznej, będącego własnością Gminy Raciążek. Prace zwiększające efektywność energetyczną obiektu dotyczą budynku, w którym znajdują się: remiza Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Raciążku, Gminny Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej, świetlicy gminnej oraz pomieszczeń gospodarczych. Cały obiekt spełnia funkcje publiczną. Przedmiotem planowanego przedsięwzięcia są następujące działania: 1. Roboty budowlane. 2. Nadzór inwestorski. 3. Nadzór przyrodniczy. 4. Promocja projektu. Roboty budowlane dotyczą ocieplenia ścian zewnętrznych, ścian zewnętrznych fundamentu, ocieplenia dachu i stropu nad garażem,wymianę pokrycia dachowego, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, wymianę grzejników, montaż głowic termostatycznych, wymianę kotła na olejowy, montaż kolektorów słonecznych na potrzeby c.w.u. Obiekt objęty projektem jest budynkiem publicznym, w którym realizowane są zadania na rzecz społeczeństwa. Wszystkie prace budowlane zgodne są z opracowanym dla inwestycji audytem energetycznym, dokumentacją projektową oraz zgłoszeniem robót budowlanych. Inwestycja wymagała dokonania zgłoszenia zamiaru wykonania robót. Nie było konieczności wydawania decyzji środowiskowej. Projekt przyczynia się do poprawy efektywności energetycznej na poziomie 66,81%, jak również do redukcji CO2 oraz pyłu zawieszonego PM10. (Polish)

The project will be carried out under the title “Modernising the municipal building at ul. 6A Market Report.’ The project is eligible for support under Axis 3 Energy Efficiency and Low Carbon Economy in the Region, Activities 3.3. Energy efficiency in the public and residential sectors: Energy renovation of public buildings — as part of the territorial policy of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Regional Operational Programme for the period 2014-2020. The object of the project is the deep and comprehensive energy renovation of the public building, which is owned by the Municipality of Rażążek. The works to increase the energy efficiency of the site relate to the building where they are located: ‘Voluntary Fire Brigade’ in Razim, Gminny Centre for Social Assistance, Municipal Sports Centre and Economic Space. The whole site fulfils public functions. The following activities are the subject of the planned project: 1. Construction work. 2. Investor supervision. 3. Natural supervision. 4. Project promotion. The construction work relates to the warming of the external walls, the external walls of the foundation, the roof of the roof and the costume of the garage, the replacement of roof covering, replacement of window and door frames, replacement of radiators, installation of thermostatic heads, replacement of the oil boiler, installation of solar collectors for hot water. All construction work is in line with the energy audit, design documentation and construction report for the investments. The investment required a declaration of intent on the part of the works to be carried out. It was not necessary to issue an environmental decision. The project contributes to improving energy efficiency at 66.81 %, as well as to CO2 and particulate matter PM10. (English)
