Spółka postanowiła zwrócić większą uwagę na klientów indywidualnych, wśród których sprzedaż jest dość sezonowa. Największa sprzedaż paliw z biomasy przypada na okres grzewczy. Wchodzenie na nowe rynki z nowym produktem zabezpiecza Wnioskodawcę przed wahaniami koniunktury i działaniami konkurentów. Podczas pogłębionej analizy istniejących na rynku produktów Firma zwróciła uwagę na brak produktów z biomasy dedykowanych klientom indywidualnym (do użytku domowego). Produkt taki powinien być niebrudzący i łatwy w użyciu, estetyczny oraz cechować się parametrami pozwalającymi na bezpieczne i efektywne użytkowanie. Opisany wyżej produkt klient mógłby przechowywać w domu (np. przy kominku) nie narażając się na możliwość zabrudzenia. W związku z powyższym podjęto decyzję dot. opracowania ekologicznego produktu, który mógłby być wykorzystywany przez klientów indywidualnych w każdego typu kotłach, kominkach, przydomowych piecach. Produkt będzie ekologiczny, a dzięki użyciu opakowania w formie opakowań z naturalnych włókien będzie bardzo estetyczny. W ramach projektu przeprowadzone zostaną badania mające na celu określenie najbardziej korzystnej mieszanki biomasy oraz dobór odpowiedniego opakowania. The company decided to pay more attention to individual customers, the sales of which were fairly seasonal. The largest sales of biomass fuels are for a heating period. Entering new markets with a new product protects the Applicant from business fluctuations and competitors’ activities. During the in-depth analysis of existing products on the market, the company has pointed out the lack of biomass products for individual customers (home use). Such a product shall be unbruzzy and easy to use, aesthetic and be characterised by parameters that allow safe and efficient use. The product described above could store at home (e.g. at the fireplace) without being exposed to soil. It was therefore decided to develop an organic product that could be used by individual customers in each boiler type, in chimneys, for domestic furnaces. The product will be organic and, by using packaging in the form of packaging from natural fibres, will be very aesthetic. The project will carry out research to identify the most favourable biomass mix and to select the corresponding packaging. The planned stages of the survey are divided into four parts. (English)
