Celem głównym projektu jest zapewnienie, w okresie 1.9.2017-31.8.2022, 10 osobom (4K i 6M), będących studentami 4-letnich studiów stacjonarnych III stopnia realizowanych wg programu GEO+ na Wydziale Nauk Geograficznych i Geologicznych UAM, dostępności nowego interdyscyplinarnego programu studiów doktoranckich o zasięgu międzynarodowym. W wyniku jego realizacji doktoranci będą mieć możliwość pracy z najlepszymi specjalistami reprezentującymi różne dyscypliny naukowe, wymiany doświadczeń, poznania najnowocześniejszych światowych trendów, teorii i metod badawczych, a w konsekwencji min. 7 z nich zdobędzie stopień doktora. GŁÓWNYM REZULTATEM projektu będzie:Liczba absolwentów programów studiów doktoranckich dofinansowanych ze środków EFS: 7 osób. Grupą docelową (GD) projektu jest 10 os. (4K i 6M), będących doktorantami akademickich stacjonarnych studiów III st. objętych wysokiej jakości interdyscyplinarnym programem studiów doktoranckich o zasięgu międzynarodowym realizowanym na Wydziale Nauk Geograficznych i Geologicznych UAM w Poznaniu, realizujących studia w latach akademickich 2017/2018 - 2021/2022. ZADANIA REALIZOWANE W PROJEKCIE:DYSERTACJA DOKTORSKAROZWÓJ UMIEJĘTNOŚCI ZAWODOWYCH I MIĘKKICH - TRYB GRUPOWYROZWÓJ PRACY NAUKOWEJ I PREZENTACJI EFEKTÓW - TRYB INDYWIDUALNY. (Polish)

The main purpose of the project is to provide 10 persons (4K and 6M) in 1.9.2017-31.8.2022, who are students of 4-year fixed tertiary education students under the GEO +, at the Department of Geographical Sciences and Geological Sciences (UAM), with the availability of a new interdisciplinary doctoral programme with an international dimension.As a result of its implementation, doctoral candidates will be able to work with the best professionals from different scientific disciplines, to share experience, to know the state of the art world trends, theories and methods and, as a consequence, a doctorate degree.The main output of the project will be the number of graduate graduates funded by the ESF:7 people.The target group (GD) of the project is 10.(4k and 6M), which are university doctoral candidates of high quality post-graduate studies of international doctoral studies carried out at the Department of Geographical and Geological Sciences (UAM) in Poznań in order to pursue their studies in the academic years 2017/2018 to 2021/2022.THE TASKS CARRIED OUT IN THE PROJECT: DYSERTATION OF THE PROFESSIONAL AND SOFT SKILLS — STYLE OF WORK AND THE PRESENTATION OF EFFECTS — INDIVIDUAL MODE.
