Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia pozostających bez pracy w powiecie.Głównym rezultatemprojektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 120 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby poniżej 30 roku życiazakwalifikowane do profilu pomocy I(tzw. bezrobotni aktywni) lub profilu pomocy II(tzw. wymagający wsparcia).W ramach projektu, dla każdego zuczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danegouczestnika.Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługii instrumenty rynku pracy,o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnieniai instytucjach rynku pracy. The project aims to increase the employability of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in a duplicator. the main results of the project will be the employment of 120 persons registered in the PUP.. the project will cover persons below 30 years of age eligible for aid profile I (so-called ‘active unemployed’) or aid profile II (so called “calling unemployed”). in the framework of the project, the presentation of a specific activation offer is preceded by an analysis of the skills, suitability and professional problems of the affected workers. on this basis, the PLO will implement the labour market measures referred to in the law on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions.
