Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia i integracja na rynku pracy osób młodych poniżej 30 roku życia, pozostających bez pracy w powiecie wielickim. Przewidywanym rezultatem jest podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 75 osób. W ramach projektu, każdemu uczestnikowi zostanie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej, dostosowana do jego indywidualnych potrzeb. Będzie ona poprzedzona analizą sytuacji danego uczestnika na rynku pracy, jego predyspozycjami, umiejętnościami oraz problemami zawodowymi. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employment opportunities and labour market integration of young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in the rural district.The expected result is the entry into employment of 75 people.Within the framework of the project, a specific offer of activation tailored to its individual needs will be provided to each participant.It will be preceded by an analysis of the situation of the participant in the labour market, his predisposition, the skills and the work-related problems.
