Projekt odpowiada na istotny problem corocznych, niemal zupełnych strat w lęgach gatunków ornitofauny uznanych za ginące, wpisanych na krajowe i europejskie czerwone listy i chronione dyrektywą ptasią. Co równie istotne problem dotyczy populacji należących do najważniejszych w zachodniej połowie kraju. Owa dramatyczna sytuacja wynika ze śladowych ilości siedlisk lęgowych. Pisklęta giną tam jako ofiary inwazyjnych gatunków obcych: norki amerykańskiej i szopa pracza lub w wyniku wahań poziomu wód Odry. Projekt polega na utworzeniu systemu bezpiecznych lęgowisk zapewniających udaną inkubację i wyprowadzenie potomstwa przez minimum 4 gatunki: ostrygojady, rybitwy białoczelne, r. rzeczne i r. czarne. Pośrednio, na projekcie zyskają również inne, gniazdujące w sąsiedztwie gatunki. Geograficznie projekt zostanie zrealizowany na ośmiu obszarach rozciągniętych wzdłuż koryta Odry od gm. Cybinka w woj. lubuskim do gm. Cedynia w woj. zach-pom. Zakres techniczny projektu: 1. „Pływające wyspy”. Montaż trzech, imitujących naturalne wyspy, dużych platform pływających (jako lęgowisko rybitw rzecznych i ostrygojadów), każda o powierzchni około 100 m2 oraz dwóch mniejszych platform (jako lęgowisko rybitw białoczelnych) o powierzchni ok. 40 m2. 2. „Maty dla bagiennych rybitw”. Montaż 120 trzcinowych mat pływających. Umocnione stelażem maty (3x3 metry i grubości około 20 cm) będą tworzyć pływający kożuch, któryego rybitwy błotne (z rodzaju Chlidonias) poszukują wiosną jako podstawę do założenia kolonii. 3. „Odtwarzenie mokradeł”. Prace ziemne umożliwiające okresowe utrzymanie wody na rozległych, nadrzecznych łąkach. 4. „Bagna są piękne”. Akcja edukacyjna podnosząca świadomość o wartości nadodrzańskich mokradeł. The project responds to a significant problem of annual, near-total losses in the breeding species of birds found to be dying, entered into national and European Red Lists and protected by the Birds Directive.What is equally important is the population that is one of the most important in the western half of the country.This dramatic situation stems from the trace of nesting habitats.Chicks are found to be victims of invasive alien species:American mink and raccoon, or as a result of variations in the water level of Odra.The project consists of setting up a system of safe breeding sites to ensure the successful incubation and removal of the offspring for a minimum of 4 species:black terns, White-neckline, brown and brown.Indirectly, the project will also gain other nesting species in the neighbourhood.The geographical project will be implemented in eight areas along the Odra River from the River Cybinka in the region of Lubuskie to the region of Ceuta in the region of Woodpulp.Technical scope of the project:1.“Floating Islands”.Assembly of three natural islands, large floating platforms (as the breeding of the bitumen in the river and osprey), each with a surface area of approximately 100 m² and two smaller platforms (as a breeding culture for the bitumen in white light) of around the surface.40 m².2.“Mats for marshy rybitin”.Assembly of 120 cane mat.The compound mat (3x3 meters and about 20 cm thick) will be formed by a floating boiler, which is then in spring as a basis for the formation of mudslides (of the genus Chilionias).3.‘Rearing down of the marshes’.Earth work, making it possible to keep the water on a periodical basis, on the vast, riverine meadows.4.‘Bagna are beautiful’.Educational awareness raising awareness of the value of wetlands.All actions shall be eligible.
