Předmětem je realizace projektu Bečva, km 44,135 - 45,855 - revitalizace toku Skalička. Samotným předmětem uvedeného projektu je realizace opatření vyplývajícího z Plánu oblastí povodí/Plánů dílčích povodí, který vede k revitalizaci a podpoře samovolné renaturace vodních toků a niv, obnově ekostabilizačních funkcí vodních a na vodu vázaných ekosystémů. The very purpose of the project is the implementation of the actions of the River Basin/SubRiver Basin Management Plan, which leads to the revitalisation of and support for the spontaneous renaturalisation of watercourses and niv, the restoration of ecostability functions of water bodies and the water of the bound ecosystems.
