The aim of the project is to expand the research capacity of the applicant and 2 partners in the field of experimental plant biology. The project aims at clarifying the mechanisms by which the plants respond to the environmental effects of the external environment, including both abiotic and abiotic stresses and combinations thereof. The extent of the approaches (from the cell level to the development of the fruit) and the methodologies (transcriptase, proteomics, hormonomics, volatile substances) will provide a comprehensive picture of the dynamic response of plants to the external environment.
