Projekt komplexně řeší protipovodňová opatření na území obce Obříství. Obec je často ohrožována rozsáhlými povodněmi, jejichž zdrojem jsou řeky Labe a Vltava. V roce 2002 postihla Obříství katastrofální povodeň, další v roce 2006 a 2013. Obříství nemá zajištěnou ochranu před povodněmi, povodňový plán je nedostatečný, varovný systém nepoužitelný. V rámci projektu bude zpracován digitální povodňový plán a vybudována nová síť plně digitalizovaného bezdrátového vyrozumívacího a varovného systému. (Czech)

The project deals comprehensively with flood prevention measures on the territory of the municipality of Obříce. The municipality is often threatened by extensive floods, the source of which is the river Elbe and the Vltava River. In 2002 the Effort was hit by a catastrophic flood, another in 2006 and 2013. The river is not protected from floods, the flood is insufficient, the warning system is not applicable. As part of the project, a digital flood protection plan will be drawn up and a new network of fully digitised wireless means is being developed. (English)
