Stáž je můj start je projekt pro mladé (15 - 30 let), kteří hledají své místo na trhu práce. Projekt nabízí 12 lidem absolvování pracovní stáže v Německu. Stáž potrvá 10 týdnů a přinese účastníkům nové pracovní zkušenosti, zlepšení jazykového vybavení, možnost poznat život v cizí zemi a tamější kulturu. Projekt je určen především osobám s nízkým vzděláním a dlouhodobě nezaměstnaným a má jim pomoci osamostatnit se, zvýšit si sebevědomí, získat kvalifikaci a najít si práci. (Czech)

The traineeship is a project for young people (15-30 years old) looking for a job on the job market. The project offers 12 people to complete a traineeship in Germany. The traineeship will be open for a period of 10 weeks and will bring new work experience, improvements in language equipment to participants, the opportunity to learn about life in a foreign country and their culture. The project is primarily aimed at people with a low level of education and long-term unemployed, helping them to become independent, increase their self-esteem, gain a qualification and find a job.
