Předmětem projektu je výstavba přeložky silnice I/22 v kategorii MS2 9,5/50 v celkové délce hlavní trasy 1,540 km, kterou se zkompletuje tzv. Severní dopravní půloblouk města Strakonice. Realizací projektu dojde k odvedení tranzitní dopravy mimo zástavbu města a sníží se tak zátěž obyvatelstva hlukem a exhalacemi. Dojde rovněž ke zkrácení jízdní doby a zvýšení plynulosti dopravy na silnici I/22 a zvýšení bezpečnosti silničního provozu včetně bezpečnosti chodců. (Czech)

The purpose of the project is the construction of the I/22 road in the category MS2 9,5/50, in category MS, in the total length of the main route of 1.540 km, which is being used to assemble the so called North Road for the City of Strakonice. The implementation of the project will lead to the payment of transit traffic away from the building of the city, thus reducing the burden of the population by noise and exile. It will also shorten journey times and improve traffic flows on the I/22 road and improve road safety, including pedestrian safety. (English)
