Projekt nabízí možné řešení prostřednictvím realizace motivačně vzdělávacího programu a absolvování stáže v SRN. Účastníci si posílí sebevědomí, získají zkušenosti z vhodného oboru a osvojí si prac. návyky i soběstačnost. (Czech)

Participation in the project will increase the chances of finding a practice. application in the case of at least 24 job seekers from the OZP with intellectual disabilities. These people are characterised by low levels of skills and often lack of work experience, so their chances of finding a job are small. The project offers a possible solution through the implementation of an incentive training scheme and the completion of a traineeship in the SRN. Participants will gain self-confidence, gain experience in the field and learn from each other’s habits and autonomy. (English)
