Záměrem žadatele je provést energeticky úsporná opatření objektu žadatele (Sázavská č. p. 995, 563 01 Lanškroun; st.3426/1, st. 3426/2) tak, aby vyhovovala současným tepelně-technickým požadavkům a normám.
