    Projekt je zaměřen na rozvinutí kapacity RUBIKON Centra v klíčových oblastech řízení a činnosti organizace s cílem dosažení finanční udržitelnosti poskytovaných služeb. Projekt svými aktivitami reaguje na potřeby organizace identifikované v rámci procesního auditu, v oblasti strategického plánování, fundraisingu, marketingu a PR, lidských zdrojů a kvality služeb. Skrze expertní know-how projekt podpoří 10 zaměstnanců RUBIKON Centra (+ 7 dalších v rámci bagatelní podpory). (Czech)

    The project aims at developing the capacity of the Rubikon Center in key management areas and the work of the organisation to achieve the financial sustainability of the services provided. Through its activities, the project responds to the needs of an organisation identified as part of a procedural audit, strategic planning, fundraising, marketing and PR, human resources and quality of service. Through the project’s expertise, the project will support 10 employees of Rubikon Center (+ 7 others in small support). (English)
