    Projekt řeší dosavadní neefektivní využívání lidských zdrojů a absenci podpory manažerských dovedností vedoucích pracovníků. V rámci projektu proběhnou školení zaměřená na finanční řízení, HR aktivity a audit sociálních služeb. Formou mentoringu či metodického vedení budou zaměstnanci podpořeni ve svých profesních činnostech. Vznikne nový strategický plán, na kterém se bude podílet většina zaměstnanců organizace. (Czech)

    The project addresses the current inefficient use of human resources and the absence of support for managerial skills. The project will include training on financial management, HR activities and audit of social services. Mentoring or methodical management will be supported by staff in their professional activities. A new strategic plan will be created, with the participation of a majority of the staff of the organisation. (English)
