Cílem projektu je vytvořit a pilotně ověřit nástroje pro řízení kvality a sledování efektivity sociální práce s mladistvými a mladými dospělými vyrůstajícími či opouštějícími ústavní výchovu nebo náhradní rodinnou péči. Projekt povede k tvorbě a doplňování souboru indikátorů pro hodnocení impaktu kolem konkrétních výkonů sociální práce (tvorba přímo v prostředí praxe) a zdokonalení procesů a výkonnosti u vybraných poskytovatelů služeb. The aim of the project is to establish and pilot tools for quality management and monitoring of the effectiveness of social work with juvenile and young adults growing up or leaving institutional upbringing or family care. The project will create and complement the set of indicators for the evaluation of the Impact around specific social work performance (production directly in the environment) and improvement of processes and performance of selected service providers.
