Domov Horizont poskytuje pobytovou soc.službu chlapcům, mužům a nově i ženám s mentálním a kombinovaným postižením. Cílem projektu je vytvořit nové pracovní postupy a procesy, které budou garantovat kvalitní poskytování sociální služby klientům. Do projektu budou zapojeni sociální pracovníci a pracovníci v sociálních službách. Hlavním výstupem projektu bude vytvoření metodiky pracovních postupů při jednání v rizikových situacích a metodiky naplňování standardů kvality v praxi. (Czech)

Men and young women with a mental and a combination of disabilities provide a home for a residence soc.a service to boys, men and women. The aim of the project is to develop new working practices and processes that will guarantee the quality of the provision of social services to clients. The project will involve social workers and workers in social services. The main output of the project will be the development of a methodology for dealing with risk situations and methodologies to implement quality standards on the ground. (English)
