Projekt řeší nízkou úroveň znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí pracovníků a nesoulad mezi kvalifikační úrovní pracovní síly s požadavky trhu práce. V rámci projektu bude proškoleno 25 zaměstnanců žadatele a partnerů s finančním příspěvkem, z nich 8 zaměstnanců žadatele a 17 zaměstnanců u partnerů, ze všech 3 seniorní manažeři. Jedná se o manažery, ekonomy, techniky, programátory a oční specialisty. (Czech)

The project addresses the low level of knowledge, skills and competences of workers and mismatches between the skill levels of the labour force with labour market requirements. The project will provide a training of 25 employees of the applicant and of the partners with a financial contribution, 8 staff from the applicant and 17 staff members, from all 3 senior managers. These are managers, economists, technicians, programmers and eye specialists. (English)
