Projekt Rozvoj odborného vzdělávání ve společnosti SMO a.s. je zaměřen na zvyšování a rozvoj dovedností vybraných zaměstnanců. Všechny vzdělávací aktivity v rámci projektu vedou ke zvýšení odborné úrovně znalostí, dovedností a kompetencí pracovníků. Do projektu je zapojeno celkem 96 zaměstnanců, kteří budou školeni externími dodavateli i zkušenými interními lektory. (Czech)

The project to develop vocational training in SMO a.s. is aimed at increasing and developing the skills of the selected workers. All training activities in the project lead to an increase in the level of expertise, skills and competences of the workforce. The project involves a total of 96 staff, who will be trained by external contractors as well as experienced in-house tutors. (English)
