    Cílem projektu je zvýšit adaptabilitu zaměstnanců a konkurenceschopnost firmy GOLF CLUB U Hrádečku s. r. o. prostřednictvím zvyšování odborných znalostí, klíčových kompetencí a dovedností zaměstnanců. Projekt je orientován na celkový rozvoj pracovní způsobilosti zaměstnanců pro zvýšení jejich kvalifikace a adaptability. Neméně důležitým cílem je také snaha o prohloubení zájmu zaměstnanců o celoživotní vzdělávání. (Czech)

    The aim of the project is to increase the adaptability of employees and the competitiveness of the company GOLF CLUB U Hrádečka s. r. o. by increasing the professional skills, key competences and skills of the employees. The project is geared towards the overall development of the working capacity of staff to improve their qualifications and adaptability.
