Společnost ČSAD Autobusy České Budějovice a.s. se v současné době potýká s vysokým počtem zaměstnanců ve věkové kategorii 50+ (více než 60%) Současně se společnost potýká s nedostatkem pracovních sil. Projektem chce žadatel vytvořit prostředí a podmínky, které by byly pro vyšší věkovou kategorii přívětivé, upravit stávající systém personálního řízení s ohledem na věk a připravit se na stárnutí populace (zaměstnanců) a tím i omezit odliv stávajících kvalifikovaných a zkušených zaměstnanců. ČSAD Autobusy České Budějovice a.s. is currently facing a large number of employees in the 50 + age group (more than 60 %). the company is faced with labour shortages. The project aims at creating an environment and conditions that would be favourable to the higher age, adapt the current system of staff management in view of age and prepare for ageing of the population (staff) and thus reduce the outflow of existing qualified and experienced staff.
