Předmětem projektu jsou stavební úpravy objektu bytového domu s č. p. 558 a 559, za účelem snížení energetické náročnosti objektu. Pro snížení energetické náročnosti objektu je navrženo zateplení všech obvodových stěn, dodatečné zateplení střešního pláště, odstranění expanzní místnosti ve střešním prostoru a doplnění konstrukce střechy a výměna vybraných oken za nová. The purpose of the project is the construction work for the building of an apartment building with Nos 558 and 559, in order to reduce the energy intensity of the building. The insulation of all peripheral walls, additional insulation of roof coats, the removal of the expansion room in the roof of the roof and the construction of the roof and the replacement of selected windows for new ones are proposed to reduce the energy intensity of the building.
