V rámci projektu budou vzděláváni zaměstnanci společsnosti ONIO s.r.o. v následujících oblastech:- Obecné IT- Specializované IT- Měkké a manažerské dovednosti- Jazykové vzdělávání- Technické a jiné odborné vzdělávání- Účetní, ekonomické a právní kurzy- Interní lektor (některé z výše uvedených aktivit budou školeny také interně)Uvedené aktivity projektu pomohou zaměstnancům polečsnosti ke zvýšení jejich efektivity a rovzoji jejich dovedností a ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti společnosti.
