    One of the main objectives of the CESAR s.r.o., how to maintain its position on the market and strengthen the company’s competitiveness, is to increase the skills, educational outlook and adaptability of its employees, with the expected result of increasing labour efficiency, reducing the gap between the training requirements of individual job positions of the employer and the level of education of the employee. The aim of the firm is to achieve the objectives of training courses and training courses selected on the basis of the work of the individual staff involved in the project. (English)
